Organic Raw Cocoa Nibs

Our cocoa nibs are made with 100% Criollo Beans.
They are high in antioxidants, fiber, and potassium. They also contain phenylethylamine which helps the brain release endorphins. Yum!

Any candy maker will tell you great chocolate starts with the right beans. Our chocolate is made with fair-trade cocoa beans from South America. They are added to high qualitly ingredients to create the low-glycemic chocolate we use in our products.

We keep food whole & natural

We want our ingredients to sing for themselves. Experience has taught us to achieve that by keeping our ingredients whole & in their natural state.
Freeze drying our fruit allows us to lock in their flavor and nutrients until it gets to you. 
Slow roasting raw nuts in small batches allows us better control over the process and what ingredients are added. We never use fillers or unnecessary ingredients.
